Raising Resilience WNC is a collaborative of Smart Start partnerships across western North Carolina.
We listen to community members and partners to find solutions to the challenges we face. We are working to create a regional early childhood system that:
- supports positive early childhood experiences and relationships
- strengthens resilience skills in individuals and organizations.

Raising Resilience WNC connects parents and early education professionals to Reconnect for Resilience training and Implementation Coaching.
Sesame Street in Communities is Sesame Workshop's support for community providers who serve families, helping children face challenges big and small.
We connect families and early childhood professionals to everything they need to help children grow smarter, stronger, and kinder.
Center for Trauma Resilient Communities creates healing ecosystems grounded in science, learned in collaboration, and measured by outcomes.
They support individuals, organizations, and communities as they recoginze the often unspoken long-term wounds of adversity and trauma.
